The Rigid-Wall Containerized Kitchen (CK-E-HS) is a hard-sided variant of the Enhanced Containerized Kitchen (CK-E). The system is capable of preparing any food menu and feeding up to 800 personnel per meal cycle. The CK-E-HS incorporates value-added enhancements that improve safety, ease of use, and operational efficiency. It is fully customizable and housed in a 20-foot, dual-sided expandable folding shelter.
