tactical off-grid sustainment
distributed feeding — at the point of need
Heat. Cook. Sustain. Anywhere.
The modern battlefield is evolving—faster, more agile, and increasingly disconnected from traditional supply chains. To stay ahead, U.S. and Allied militaries are shifting toward Joint Multi-Domain Operations, demanding flexible, scalable, and self-sustaining solutions that can perform reliably in contested, rapidly mobile, or austere environments.
Babington Technology’s Tactical Off-Grid Sustainment platform was built for this mission. At its core is our next-generation FlexFire™ Multi-Fuel Burner technology, powering a modular portfolio of expeditionary heating, cooking, and sanitation systems—engineered to operate anywhere, without relying on external utilities.
This is not legacy field equipment repackaged. It’s a complete rethinking of what sustainment looks like at the tactical edge—where speed, mobility, energy efficiency, and joint interoperability are mission-critical. From small units on the move to large-scale humanitarian operations, BTI’s integrated solutions enable sustained operations across all domains—for all Joint Services.

Deploy. Fuel. Feed.
Next-Generation Field Kitchens
Expandable expeditionary Field kitchen
The Expandable Single-Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen (E-SPEK) is a lightweight, scalable, and rapidly deployable JP-8-fueled field kitchen capable of preparing a wide range of meals for up to 350 personnel in a tactical or domestic operating environment. The complete system is integrated into a self-contained, 3:1 expandable shelter with a 463L air cargo pallet base and is easily transportable by air, land, or sea. The E-SPEK can be set up and made fully operational by three personnel in under 30 minutes.
