The Enhanced Containerized Kitchen (CK-E) is an upgrade to the Army’s existing Containerized Kitchen (CK) platform. The CCCK features value-added enhancements that improve safety, ease of use, and extend the system’s reliability and service life. All without compromising its meal preparation capabilities, mobility, or adding burden to the user or maintainer. The CCCK was developed with a modular approach to offer flexibility and upgradable options. This includes a set of base improvements consisting of a new wing wall and winch system, fabric cover replacement, and additional kitchen accessories. Plus, a set of enhanced improvements consisting of a new insulated fabric support structure, container floor replacement, mechanical room upgrade, and closed combustion appliances.
