Training Program
Babington Technology will train your soldiers how to perform required burner maintenance and basic field repairs. The Airtronic burner is the primary focus, but the class will also address any appliances the burner is used with; tray ration heater, field sanitation unit, oven, griddle etc. We have two options available.
Option A: Soldiers travel to Babington facility for training
- Soldiers travel to Babington Technology for a 3-day Airtronic Burner maintenance class.
- The class includes principles of operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair.
- The only fees the unit pays are the cost to get the soldier to the class, their lodging, and per diem. Babington does NOT charge a fee for hosting the class.
Option B: Babington certified trainers come to your command
- Trainers travel to your command to provide the 3-day Airtronic Burner maintenance class.
- Any non-operational burners or appliances on site can be diagnosed and repaired during the class.
- Unit is responsible for the following cost:
- $1,200.00 a day trainer fee
- Transportation to unit (mileage, or airfare and rental)
- Lodging
- Per Diem
