- Install
Airtronic Burner in Tray Ration Heater
|
|
- Fill
Tray Ration Heater with water so low water sensor is completely
covered

|
- If
the fuel can has a leak proof cap installed, remove it and replace
it with the fuel line adapter kit. Check to be sure the plastic dip
tube securely attached to the adapter cap.
(Figure 4-1)
- NOTE:
always ensure low water sensor is covered to preclude heat damage to
system by running when dry.
|
|
- Vent
fuel can by loosening vent cock on top of the adapter kit (turn
completely counter-clockwise to full open position).
(Figure 4-2)
|
|
- Ensure
fuel filter is not clogged and fuel lines are connected properly and
not kinked.

If
Airtronic Burner does not start, the Airtronic Burner will go into
“lockout” and the reset button on the control box will
illuminate with a red LED light.
- Wait
60 seconds, depress reset button, and repeat prevoius step
- In
a dry system (no fuel in burner or fuel line), the above-mentioned

If the burner does not prime and light off after 3 priming
attempts, trouble-shooting steps should be taken to determine the
cause.
